The extensive range of system solutions for transfer and product handling give customers reliable and practical system solutions that will optimise their production and assembly process. We offer efficient solutions for conveying, feeding, interlinking, sorting, buffering, separating, rotating, loading and unloading to meet virtually any requirements. The systems offered include Versamove, Versaflex, SPU & mk’s TKU 2040.

Versamove is a modular transfer system for transporting workpiece carriers that can be optimally tailored to the customer’s specific requirements. Divided into three weight and size classes, Versamove always has the right system for any application.

Versaflex, a fully modular and standardised Versaflex flat top chain conveyor system is ideal for complex track designs within a three dimensional space. The different chain widths allow a fast configuration and a problem-free design of the system, alternatively also with workpiece carriers.

The SPU 2040 is an accumulating pallet recirculation system for cost-effective interlinking, feeding, buffering, positioning and separation of workpieces in the tightest of spaces with automatic workpiece carrier recirculation. The system’s sturdiness and wide range of variants makes it suitable for virtually all automation and material flow applications.

The TKU 2040 chain conveyor system is especially well suited for cycled, defined and position-oriented supply and removal as well as for interlinking machines and machining centres. The system’s timing can be individually configured to a fixed cycle. The system can be used in the machine tool and plastics industries, throughout the automotive sector and in many other industries.
